Shipping & Delivery
1. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days from the date of purchase. We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.
2. Do you offer same-day delivery for orders?
No, currently we do not offer same-day delivery. However, we are actively working on implementing same-day delivery services to enhance our shipping options and provide faster delivery for our customers.
3. How long will it take to get my order delivered?
It typically takes 3 days from the date of order for your package to be delivered to your location.
4. What does the packaging for orders look like?
We deliver all our tests without any branding. Furthermore, there will be no content description on the outside of the parcel, only the carrier label will be displayed. As a result, no one besides you will know the nature of the contents inside.
Returns & Refunds
1. Can I return or exchange my self-testing kit?
No, self-testing kits are classified as non-returnable items due to their sensitive and hygienic nature. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered according to the order placed.
2. What should I do if I receive the wrong product or if it arrives damaged during transit?
If you receive a product that does not match your order confirmation or if your self-testing kit arrives damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product. We will promptly address the issue by either replacing the incorrect or damaged item with the correct and undamaged one at no additional cost to you.
3. How do I request a return for wrongful delivery or transit damage?
If you have received the wrong product (wrongful delivery) or if your self-testing kit was damaged during transit, please follow these steps to request a return:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged product.
- Provide Necessary Information: Furnish your order number, contact details, and a clear description of the issue (wrongful delivery or transit damage).
- Initiate the Return Process: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and arrange for the replacement of the product, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Note:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Retain all packaging materials if you receive a damaged product for potential inspection by the shipping carrier.
- A refund will be issued if the replacement product is unavailable.
- Returns requested outside the specified time frames or for reasons other than wrongful delivery or transit damage will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

You can initiate a return request for a product within 3 days of receiving it, specifically for cases of wrongful delivery (receiving the wrong product) or transit damage (product damaged during shipping). Please contact our customer support team during this time frame to process your return efficiently.
6. What will be the refund mode and time frame for an returned or cancelled product?
Refunds for returned or cancelled products will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order. After the quality check and validation of the return request, the refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the product back in our warehouse. You can initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving the product, and a cancellation request can be made before the product is shipped. For both returns and cancellations, please contact our customer support team to ensure a smooth process.

1. How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track the status and location of your order in real-time. Alternatively, you can also log in to your account on our website to view your order history and track your shipments.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, modifications are not possible. However, you can cancel your order until it has been shipped. Simply navigate to your order history and select the cancel option. Alternatively, you can contact our customer care for assistance with the cancellation process.
